Brown

is a Tkaronto-based interdisciplinary artist, director, dramaturg and traditional healer. As an Ancestral Anthropologist, Afroliminographist and Rituonographer, his practice bridges performance, spirituality, ancestry, landscape and community. His work explores identity, memory, ritual and transformation. Brown is the creator of the Makwande Methodology, an interdisciplinary framework that is rooted in Ubuntu, ancestral knowledge and communal storytelling. His practice spans theatre, ritual, writing, facilitation and spiritual work while creating spaces for cultural remembrance, ancestral connection and transformative storytelling.
